Little Wars, is over. and it has exceeded our expectations. A shout out to the over 600 attendees that had the chance to play in our 210 events (we had only 12 cancellations).

The GMs that performed Yeoman service with 38 of them earning our Cross of valor, for doing 3 or more games. Our Living History groups that added real period experience, to our hobby, to Kurt who actually reconstructed a Civil War torpedo for the event. The Paint-n-Take, that help enhance our beginner gamers.

Our 40 volunteers that made this the smoothest operation to date. Our Kid's Korner, GMs who shared the gaming expertise with the younger set. To our vendors that sold us a multitude of treasures to work on for next year.

Our two Guests of Honor-Phil Bock and James Harris, for running a their award winning games. Doug Dearth for his expertise and generosity in creating our Program Book and raffle print.

The crew from Mantic Games in running tournaments throughout the con. Alex Schmitz (Lexi Valkyria) for taking on Team Yankee and Flames of War tourneys.

To our Winners of the "Duke Seifieid Award" First Place-Jim Purky-Khartoum! The War Game, 2nd Place Michael Konwinski-Ben Hurt.
The winners of best theme game "Damn the Torpedoes" First Place-Alexander Sewielski, and William Ryan-"Hit hard, hit fast and hit often". Second Place-Stephen Lowry-Naval Battle of Mobile Bay 1864

To our 8x Painting Contest Winners, who gave us new goals reach for 2024. To our newest Todd Fisher awardees-Tod Kershner, Tony Adams, and Greg Novak.

To our sponsors-Wintrust Bank-Old Plank Road, Warlord, Badger Games, Noble Knight (great lanyards, btw). Kenzer and Company for a spot on comic strip, and support. The dozens of vendors that helped us remotely via prize support.

SITREP podcasting for for giving the event and people our 15 minutes of fame, and of course (by now exhausted) the BOD.

Finally (my favorite) to all who help support our Wounded Warrior Raffle, which generated over $3,000. USD

Thank you so much!

It looked like a great convention. I am sorry I wasn't able to make it. I did have some questions about something but seem to be getting answers.
The games looked great. Jim did an amazing job on Khartoum.
Hope to be there running a game next year.

Thank you Kevin for putting on a great convention. The staff did a great job of helping me with some of the logistics and I'm very grateful for their help.

I'm already planning my game for next year: Hannibal versus Rome in 54mm.
