Out of hundreds of quattrains, he's only predicted like 4, and been close on about a dozen others. Not a record I'd bet on… ;-)

What? Humans will have a war? My God, how could someone make such a bold prediction?

I used to use actual quotes from Nostradamus (ones where 16th C French was readable enough compared to modern French) in an Information Operations course. Excellent material for discussion of postdiction.

If you want to tick off a devotee, ask them what the prediction actually said in the original French.
