Excellent. I can see it used for a port in the French Caribbean (Martinique, Guadeloupe, or Saint Domingue).

The tower itself is a Kit by Firelock Games. The base is made of 9 inch wood disks from hobby lobby wood glued together to make a structure. The. Texture is a rubber material used for model railroad tressels. It's available at Micro Mark (on line). The cannons and loading sets are from Ainsty Caatings. The flag is painted polystyrene with a heatgun to give it a flowing shape. The dock is just glued together balsa and bass wood.
