Has anyone else tried emailing QRF recently? Sent a response to an email from them 3 times and nothing back yet and last one was a week ago. |

Yes. Email responses from the new owner are rather erratic, but all the stuff turned up in the end. It was a few weeks until I heard back from them. Teething problems with a new business I guess. |

I've had similar poor communication from the new owner (someone called Harry as I understand). Several emails have gone unanswered since February. Does anyone have a telephone number for the new owner? Thanks |

Thanks for your comments concerning the comms issues with QRF. I had another go at putting some stuff in the basket (just two limber packs) totalling £9.20 GBP and with postage coming out at £10.85 GBP I did not order! Tried several more e-mails but nothing has come back so I have given up and wont use them again. |
