It could be a kidnapping, or it could be that they've just gotten married and he's carrying her over the threshold of their house!

Or he's carrying her to where she can receive medical attention. Good point, Oberlindes--and nice job, CBPIII. But you know, what we really need is a mix and match line--an assortment of more or less naked females in a similar pose (and another set clearly slung over a shoulder) together with kindapper/rescuers--mummies of course, but also apes, barbarians, robots, Martian princes, members of The Patrol and thuggish minions of villains too high-status to carry their own victims.
