Like the statue of the geese that saved Rome from Gallic attack, these give you a great opportunity to invent tales of just why there is a statue of a bronze ass. Grelber |

"Check Out My Ass" Now all you need are some minis equipped with mops & buckets to clean it when it gets dirty… ;-) |

I appreciate all the compliments on my ass! He was not done for that title (I have a few golden calves, sphynxes, and other such already inlgames.com/buddah.htm inlgames.com/statues.htm [http://www.inlgames.com/comstat.htm inlgames.com/tiki.htm ); but I did carefully consider where to go with the post. You can see some ancient civvies I have in the pics. I do have a dozen or so basic laborers, but nobody cleaning. I will have to fix that… Stories for statues is a rich area for games. I have even have a few statues that have come to life. ( inlgames.com/colossus.htm ) And the steal the mascot/destroy the idol scenario is fun. Civilian mod, non-lethal combat makes for a good scenario. Use your regular system, maybe tone down combat effectiveness and severely limit ranged combat (throwing random stuff). Then, instead of killing units, lay them down on the board (or replace with a token). They become hindering terrain. At the start of your turn, roll a die (or dice, depending on how many units you are using), if you roll less than your downed figures, stand the number rolled back up at the end of your turn. Option: if you roll a sufficiently low number (pick it), one figure dies; remove or replace with "corpse" figure/token. If you're doing VP, corpses are penalties for the other side. |

Awesome, they made a statue of of the donkey that the city founders used to haul the junk in the trunk! Nice use of toy models. |

You realise, don't you, that the pun doesn't work in English (i.e., not American). But for what it's worth, your ass has a nice arse… |

"And the steal the mascot/destroy the idol scenario is fun." Yes, you need some protestors with clubs & sticks to beat your ass (though a mob might show up at my house if I keep making puns… ;-) |

Such a shiny ass. Is the statue dedicated to the god of administration? |
etotheipi | 28 Apr 2023 12:49 p.m. PST |
The Temple of the God of Administration has an empty plinth.
We assure you this is a normal processing delay. Your statue will be ready soon. |
