Folks, have gone slightly mad and started painting my 20mm Samurai. Google fu is not strong, any pointers for some buildings etc to go with the little chaps? Cheers,

to me awhile back. These are 15mm, but you should be able to get away with it!
You also might want to look for fish tank decorations that might pass muster.

I did a 3d printed castle a couple of years back. Temples, shrines and houses since then, and I've seen plenty of prints of them at scales smaller than the 28mm I designed them for:
