Take normal mid-East figures, paint the flesh a grayish-green and put some blood splatter on them. There you have it, mid-East zombies!

Well, you may also have to use pliers to bend the odd ankle or arm into classic zombie positions… ;-)

I think that Zephyr1 is pointing out the fact that normal mid-East civilians may lack that cinematic shambling look that movie zombies tend to share. In a group though it may be less apparent.
