Does anyone make Scottish Highlanders in 28MM for the period 1866-1870 in home service dress, as opposed to colonial? I am looking for my Fenian raids/BIF forces. Preferably compatible with Perry's. |

I'd start by looking at Indian Mutiny Highlanders. AW Miniatures has some Highlanders in kilt and feather bonnet without the woven sunshade. link I can't tell if the tunic is the Highland doublet. |

There's these from the Perry's in cap link and these from Foundry's Indian Mutiny line sculpted by the Perry's link |

If it's not a rude quesion, were there any Highland regiments involved in the Fenian affair? THe 78th were in Montreal, then in the Maritimes, I believe |

The 78th were in Montreal. I consider Montreal close enough, particularly for what-if BIF scenarios. Nick Stern, the figures from AW are wearing smocks or shirts. |
