Hi guys These characters have been a long time coming, from thinking about making a 1/72 Klink and Schultz 15 years ago, to their completion today (all but flocking the base) the bumbling duo are ready to lead my Luftwaffe field Division troops to certain failure. Figures used – Schultz is from Simon Soldier Volksturm range, and Klink is from ABs Dak officer set with a 3D printed head, I enlarged Schultz's collar, added shoulder boards, and some tunic details, gave him a mo, and changed his hat to a helmet, for Klink I printed a bald head, looked for the longest face I could find, sculpted hair around his bald spot, cut a package from under his arm, drilled a hole for a plasticard rod riding crop.

I just watched Werner Klemperer (aka Colonel Klink) in Judgement at Nuremberg last night. Off topic but what an amazing movie. I don't think you could actually film it today. I don't think there are actors with sufficient gravitas or a director willing to make a film with the pacing and depth of this movie. Spencer Tracy, Burt Lancaster, Montgomery Clift, Maximilian Schell, Richard Widmark, Marlene Dietrich and a very young Bill Shatner! |

Thanks, Lascaris! Wrote down the title and cast. Will start searching where to stream it, tonight. I love a good WW II movie, and I do not believe that I have ever heard of this one, before. Sounds like a great one. Cheers! |

This would work well as a disorder or other penalty token. Sub them in when the unit is in a degraded state. I will likely steal this idea, individually base, and add Burkhalter and Hochstettler as well. They were all incompetent and fooled by HH throughout the series. |

Yes, I'm thinking Burkhalter will make a good Commannder, I'll have to sculpt him I think, I don't know of a fat German officer in a greatcoat figure. |
