Slightly random question, but does anyone store their painted mini's in the plastic trays of those boxed sets? And if so how do they fare? |

No, I have another box for miniatures. |

No. I never buy boxed sets. |

I thought about it, but they seem pretty inefficient. The boxes stack nicely and all and they do a decent job protecting the miniatures. However they are mostly empty space and air and occupy a lot of space. That's an issue for me for transportation and long term storage. I prefer a smaller carrier that can carry more over a huge carrier that can only carry a relative handful of minis. |

At the moment the mechs are sharing space in one of my 25mm sci-fi cases. It would make sense if everything was together but I'm not convinced about sticking the mini's in those plastic bubbles. I've also got a couple of lance / star boxes and they are mostly just empty space. I may just might get carrier an have done. |
