blackshawgaming.wordpress.com/2023/03/18/saga-macedonians-vs-athenians A Saga Age of Alexander battle with the latest FAQ in place – this mostly affects how javelins work bringing these rules into line with the sarissa shooting mechanism

Nice looking figures! Thanks for sharing the game and the FAQ updates.

Nice looking Greeks!

I hadn't realized the Macedonian version of Saga had so many armies (probably too busy with my Vikings!). I'll have to go on a quest to confirm there are really battle boards for Numidians, Gauls, and Ancient Indians, as well as all the others. I actually have a lot of these armies and would love an excuse to add more!

Sarissa shooting mechanism ? If I was armed with a sarissa I would want to hang onto it for as long as possible !!

Grelber – all those boards do exist – Numidians and Guals in Hannibal the others in Alexander.
Dagwood – the sarissa do not actually shoot they have a reach that follows the shooting rules but only for 1 use a turn.
