At first blush I find these really interesting, but I don't really know this period that well. YouTube link Is this how you pictured it? Any obvious errors? I do find it always a mystery how just lining up behind a unit is supposed to provide shock or impetus. At one point the Norman knights just park it immediately behind the infantry and stand there. Dissuade retreating? |
