There are three excellent books produced by the Army Museum in Paris in the 1980s: -Les Armees Francaises a l'Epoque Revolutionnaire 1789-1804 by Georges le Diberder, 120 pages and filled with illustrations from the museum's collection. -Napoleon et ses Soldats Tome 1 L'Apogee de la Gloire (1804-1809, by Paul Willing, 128 pages. -Napoleon et ses Soldats, Tome 2, de Wagram a Waterloo (1809-1815) by Paul Willing, 128 pages. The last two are filled with illustrations from the museum's collection and are part of the Collections du Musee de l'Armee as is the first volume listed. They are in a 8.5 x 12 inches format and are excellent and highly recommended. |

I've gone there twice and if I ever make it back to Paris I'll go again. Really is a fabulous place to visit. |

Great photos, which is not easy in their reduced lighting. Many thanks |
