A game of PBI between Simon, Miles and martin.
British force of 3 tanks and 3 foot platoons versus a German force of 3 PZIII and foot platoons.

We tried some snow scenery and it looked jolly nice.

The Germans started with two platoons only on table.
British ran into some very accurate German mortar HE and the Brit infantry suffered a a bit in the open ground.

Germans held the objectives and the British second wave was slow in arriving.
These pictures are from/at the game end when the Germans actually moved forward to take up a tentative forward defence.

This was play test gae for a proposed new version PBI.

thanks

Martin, that's a tasty report (and icing on the cake)!

Nice results here -

Can this snow material be sanded?

Hello
Yes it can be sanded.
I applied it with a normal wide modellers brush.
The Polyfilla went into the windows with one direction of brushing.
A brief overbrush witha wettted brush seemed to help too.
