Welcome to WOTR 15mm
There are many rule sets for this period. Do ignore anyone fool that says "my choice is the only/best/no question/ etc".
They are just wrapped up in their own "amazing brilliance" What IS useful is for gamers to state why they like a set and give a full description of how that sets works. That helps. My link to Bloody barons is given above. I enjoy BB because I think it is historically appropriate and provides a stimulating game. I am personally seeking intellectual challenge and stimulation rather than just frothy balloon fun. Best wishes for your search Ugo. martin |

We've been playing Never mind the billhooks with 10mm. We are using the standard movement rates and ranges. It works fine. The fugures are not singly mounted so we use a base as a company. We keep track of casualties with markers, and remove the whole base once it is destroyed. |
