Do you have a picture of what you're looking for? How does a gentleman look different from an officer other than no sword?

I'm looking for ones that could be used as senior militia officers.

I'd use F&I War mounted officers. Lots of militias turned to old veterans for leadership, esp. early on. There were uniformed militias at the start of the conflict. Benedict Arnold went to Ticonderota wearing his red militia officer's coat.
