Good afternoon. I haven't been on the page since my accident in 2019 but an existing customer has alerted me to a few issues that have been ongoing with no apparent resolution. I am going to try and approach each one that I see individually but as a general statement please accept my apologies for any delays or lack of comms that has occurred. I have ordered several times from HF with no issues to Canada. I love your miniatures. Keep doing a great job. Running a small business is tough and a lot of work. It is great that you are rectifying all issues.
