Hi 14Bore, no, we just (at the mo) are using basically the same armies from game to game. I tinkered with a simple campaign system for the 7YW, but we soon found carrying modifications to troop numbers/quality skewed the games too much, and seemed a lot of work for little appreciable gain!
I have 2 or 3 brigades in my storage boxes that have never seen the light of battle- they are too heavy and bulky to take down to the club on the bus!, so we can rationalise losses by saying some of these units replace badly shot up ones? I will have to get my Marylanders out sometime! |
