Has something happened to the Test of Battle website? I've been getting a "Recoverable fatal error" when I try to go there. Did they shut it down, have an ISP issue, or get hacked?

It's still habit, so I entered "testofbattle.com" in my browser this morning. The commercial, for lack of a better word, website came up. No sign of the forum.
