With the recent arrival of an order from Navwar the Graf Spee can finally put to sea. In this short article I illustrate the handful of ships involved in preparation for refighting this famous battle.

Fascinating to me because as a kid very often looked through a scrap book my grandfather (who never met) made of newspaper clips of the whole event. No idea what ever happened to it.

I have the same models too. Yours are lovely painted.
I really like the Navwar models. They are good sized playing pieces, not delicate miniatures for the model maker.
