First "Star Fleet" minis and game I bought at a small game convention from Lou Zocchi under the name "Star Fleet Battle Manual".

NOT licensed but had awful similarities to Star Trek, though the Romulan analog ships shooting "magma" instead of "plasma" were an entertaining touch.

Linked site seems to have completely missed "Star Fleet Battles" except for a comment.
Minis by Amarillo Design Bureau for not only Federation, Klingon and Romulan but Orions and Tholian from the original series as well.

Sorry, but I remember the 'magma' was in the sister game Alien Space.

Not that my memory is claimed as reliable…

Speaking from same questionable cognition, while AS had a 360 degree reticule. the battle manual's was 400.

Similar to what was in the Franz Joseph documents, from which Task Force Games derived their original SFB license, I think.

Damn, I do go on!
