I posted a little while ago asking about 3D printed aircraft and got some good advice. Consequently I went ahead and bought some prints from the Reduced Aircraft Factory on Shapeways. I've now got some painted up, and I'm really pleased with how they've turned out – even if the enlargements are a little cruel. More photos on the blog, here: link

They're just the 3D printed discs that come with the models Bill |

Have you ever thought of doing your own printing? There are some free files on Thingaverse. There have been 2 kickstarters so far for WWI aircraft Thanks John |

Great photos, thanks! The clouds are especially impressive. Daryl, Reduced Aircraft Factory |

Thanks Daryl – just teddy bear fur I'm really impressed with your range, I've received a shipment of Ansaldos, Breguet XIVs and FK8s which I'm painting up for the 1922 Paraguayan Revolution so I'll post some more pictures when I've finished them. I don't suppose you've got a Spad XX on your 'to do' list, have you? It's about the only aircraft in this obscure conflict I couldn't get. Nick |

Correction – teddy bear stuffing, not fur! |

SPAD 20: right now I'm still focused on planes from WWI. Though that one almost made it, so I'll keep it in mind. |

Cheers Daryl, I certainly can't complain at the breadth of your range! If you'd like to use any of my images feel free to do so if you think they're good enough. Nick |
