My son wants some 28mm scifi cars to use as terrain in our Halo games. After much scouring of the Net, I can only find Gaslands/post-apoc vehicles, 40K type stuff, or military vehicles.

Anyone have any ideas as to who sells such?

First find the scale that you like the look of. The Common ones are 1/32 (generally too big for your figs), 1:43 (which looks good with 28s IMHO, and 1/64 which is what most Hotwheels are. You will find some minor exceptions to these mind you, but most diecast brand lines are one of those or even larger. Once you have the scale you can narrow down your searches for useful things. Try looking up 1/43 scale concept cars. The new Jada GI Joe Diecast cars look a bit small for the advertised 1/32 they have listed. You should be able to see those in person at Target.

It may just be easier to buy conventional resin scifi or 3d prints.

This list is a few years old, but might have some value: link

Black Site Studio and Noble Knight has some resin 28mm vehicles.

If you or someone you know has access to a 3D printer, there are several options for printed cars. Check myminifactory.com or loot.com

I found 2-packs of these at Dollar Tree several years ago. They still show up there from time to time.

So, I've been looking for cars for near future scenery and came across a brand at my local CVS pharmacy. Jada Toys makes dicast cars in 1/32 scale Back To The Future Delorean which looked great to me and sit nicely next to a 28mm miniature. I also found a 1/40 scale Hummer that works too. They were both fairly cheap, under $10. USD I say bring a couple of miniatures in with you and go check out the cars. I've always seen them on an end-cap rack.

Manufacturers that have Infinity terrain usually have a few if you are looking for resin vehicles.
