I am currently painting Old Glory figures and noticed braid on the right shoulder of each figure. My uniform guides don't show this.

How do I paint it, or do I ignore?

I think the looped (?) braid on the right shoulder is an corporal – and it should be painted white.

If its on all the figures, then I am sure only a smattering should be left on.

Hope this helps.

Agreed – the average lobsterback wore a red tunic, period – the braid was as above for corporals
