I was wondering what most do for 15mm British colonial figures. I have some prone infantry firing rifles painted up for later Sudan or Boer War. During the Boer War it was often the case that British infantry was pinned down and were given the order (?) to go prone. I thought I would make a full unit in the prone position (since I purchased the figures cheap) but would also use the figures as markers setting them next to a standing unit to indicate that they were prone and therefore less of a target. The only 15mm British colonial prone figures I've experienced are one to a base, usually a base 15mm x 30mm. Does anyone out there make them in twos or more on a base? Cheers!

It would depend on your rules. If your rules call for 2 or 3 figures on a base, put them on the base. Yes, I have seen multiple prone figures on a single base because the rules called for multi figure bases. |

Thanks for that, 79th PA. I think the prone infantry look okay 2 figures to a 30mm wide base. I will probably use mostly 2 figures to a base and a few singles. Cheers! Gallo |
