I'm sure this question has been answered at some point, but I'll ask again. What if anything will be new in the 40th anniversary edition? I had the original, and have a signed copy of the 20th. I don't feel the need for anything newer. |

We can definitely say that work is progressing, at last, on a slow and steady schedule. As for Sergeants 3, in late November we were visited by the flu as well as what now seems to be long Covid, after a non-symptomatic round of Covid. We hope to provide an update of some of the new things in TSATF/40. As we keep posting, anyone who wants a refund can just notify us at loribrom AT gmail DOT com as we certainly understand. Thanks ~

I will be glad to support a new, revised edition. I've owned and played TS&TF rules since original publication, but even my 20th anniversary edition is heavily annotated with official errata and house modifications/clarifications, plus additional rules for options and unique scenarios, other periods, other armies/weapons, etc. The rules badly needed a thorough overhaul and re-edit. This would only improve a classic game. |
