Like the title says, I am looking to do some smallish battles/skirmishes in 28mm. I have a 15mm big battle project already so definitely just looking to do smaller scenarios. What do you all recommend?

For small battles I recommend A Pikeman's Lament. For skirmishes you can't go wrong with Donnybrook.

I second Legionarius on Donnybrook while Beneath the Lily Banners lends itself to small (3-6 Battalions/squadrons) nicely.
