So, you're a lowly chaos cultist and start growing a horn or tentacle. Does it itch?

Most bodily injuries do when healing. 🤔

I presume it depends on the type of Chaos God that blessed you with his mark.
I spare you the details about the carnal sensations, some of them aren't exactly family friendly…
Pain to some, pleasures to others.

I suppose there's a good analogy with hard-core drug addiction – a rush to the addict even though to the outside observer the drugs are clearly wrecking the user's health and life.

" Does it itch?"

That's why you often also get sharp claws as well, so you can scratch with'em… ;-)

"Does it itch?"
Yes, but you are spending too much time rolling on the ground in excruciating pain to notice. At least that's what I've heard.

It sort of depends how you come by them. Oopsies in utero tend to settle in by the time you can start remembering things, assuming neither the mutations nor your parents end you.

Post birth mutations, e.g. radioactive spiders, lightning strikes, puberty, alien experimentation, can have any number of subjective effects. Sudden extensive onset of fur can itch like a muther. AT least that's what my mother told me.
