There a few rule sets that are tailored to Corps size battles, actions, combats, etc. Suggestions on historical corps size battles (best for Napoleonic flavour!)!

Best regards.

This video lists a number of rules which allow you to refight corps sized battles.

Age of Eagles.

Been fighting corp size battles with Empire my whole life

The Peninsular War is full of them, and Oman stands ready with scaled maps and OOB.

Agreed about flavor, by the way. As you go larger, it's harder to tell a Napoleonic battle from ACW or FPW.

Absolute Emperor from Osprey is designed to fight entire Napoleonic battles in a reasonable period of time. Several army sized scenarios are in the book.

Thanks

John

Volley and Bayonet as well although I prefer Age of Eagles

You can use Black Powder, but you have to bathtub the armies

@19th

Maybe I've misread your post but it seems to me it's battles you want not rules.

That was my understanding, too, Mark. But it looks as though we're a minority.

Age of Eagles is great with a Corps per player

There are SO many battles. What time frame/theater are you interested in?

Thanks everyone for the reply's.

But yes, looking for examples of Corps sized battles, or even parts of battles that would be corps sized.

Yes Empire. Multi Corps (if table big enough) or multi Divisional battles. Hope the upcoming Empire 7 has a module for Divisional battles.
