FOX covered it often in some detail in their news programs. Thru out the day on Dec. 7th 2022.

Even over the Pond I never forget 6th June, 18th June, 21st October and Dec 7th.

The miracle of Pearl Harbor. The battleships sank in very shallow water, so most crewmen survived and the ships could be raised. The fighters hardly got a chance to take off, so, whatever the losses in planes, the far more valuable pilots lived on. The fuel tanks and repair facilities were largely untouched. Nevada did not sink in the exit channel. The carriers were out that morning, above all.

and finally it did much to end isolationism once and for all.
