Pyramids of mars, of course!

I do love brain of morbius as well, mostly for the great lines they gave Morbius. I don't care what the body looks like he declares at one point.

Oh really Morbius, are you sure? Lol!

Ark in Space, Shada, Face of Evil, Pyramids of Mars.

AiS has the benefit of the best monster special effects. The monster is … bubble wrap. You have to wonder if they were broke, cheap, stoned, or just phoning it in.

Now I have to get stoned, subscribe to Brit Box, and find Ark in Space.

Yeah, right. As if I'd do anything beyond eating an entire bag of chocolate chip cookies once I was stoned.

Genesis..a critical part of the lore of the show and a tense drama. City of Death -the one in Paris. The Douglas Adams dialogue just crackles along. Plenty of choice! Robots of Death features brilliant designs for the robots and is great if you've read Asimov. The Deadly Assassin is key to the development of Gallifrey on screen though some thought it too much at the time. While not an episode the farewell scene for Sarah Jane is a standout. Neither is actually listening to the other until the last moment

And I'd say my favourite run of stories taken as a group is probably the Robert Holmes Doctor Who meets Hammer Horror season

The Talons of Weng-Chiang
