"Great service from Novus Design Studio's (NDS)" Topic

I had some issues using a discount code in conjunction with Novus Design Studio's big Black Friday sale. So I called the telephone number on the website, and to my surprise Robert answered the phone (and on a Sunday night!!). We had a great chat about the business, I explained what I wanted to do, and he solved the problem right away.

Not often you get the owner on the phone (3 rings) and are able to spend some time talking the business and resolving an issue.

Highly recommend NDS products – great service, excellent quality and an all-around great guy. I will continue to buy from him.

I have had nothing but superb service from Novus and recommend their products to all. Their painted terrain is excellent and very reasonably priced for the quality of the products. Delivery is speedy with it almost arriving before I order it 🤣. (Well, not exactly, but pretty darn fast.)

Add me to the list of fans. To start with an excellent product. And on the few occasions I have corresponded with them always got a prompt answer and was treated well. Excellent product, good price, prompt shipping and excellent communications. Whats not to like.
