My supporting membership from Nov. 13 is also still not processed. I've sent emails to inquire -- Editor Gwen tells me Bill's been sick but is catching up with work now. We'll have to see how it goes. It is frustrating to not be able to take advantage of membership benefits that have been paid for -- why isn't there a better, automated system for processing these payments and upgrading status immediately?

I've been waiting over a week for my Supporting Membership to be credited -- that's a week without access to membership perks. A week that was paid for in good faith. I am considering taking this as a dispute to PayPal if the situation is not resolved soon and credit extended for this lost period.
