Hi all, This has been sat on my desk for about 3 years and I thought someone (hopefully) might be intrigued.

I have been planning modular terrain for a long time and wanted a commando/raid sort of objective for games. Long story short I'm now nearly finished on my scratchbuilt 1/72 U-boat VIIC/42. The hull is a mixture of lasercut card and plywood with 3d-printed (FDM and SLS) fittings and conning tower.

I know it's not the most accurate model in the world but this is meant to be wargaming scenery after all! At this rate of scenery production I'm hoping to have a game at some point in 2047.

Scratch built? That's wild! One can never have enough scenery.

Now you have to get to work on the 34" Flower Class Corvette.

Thanks all for the kind words! I'm very lucky to have access to a laser cutter that makes this all possible. As much as I should prioritise actually making a harbour for the U-boat to be in for a game…

I want to make a Sleipner class destroyer next (although I know of Revell's Flower class corvette thanks HMS Exeter) because it's about the smallest credible destroyer I can find (would be less than 4' long in 1/72) and also different ships of the class, with small alterations, fought on different sides after the fall of Norway

If anyone would be interested in design files for anything you're most welcome, just send me a message!
