Their webpage has been saying that the webshop is temporarily closed for a while, and now the domain has expired. Anyone know what's going on, and if there's hope the figures will be available again? |

Uh Oh. I never got some of those Feudal/Crusades figs I wanted. It's a good thing I got all my GNW stuff all in one go. |

I know the owner sadly passed away. He was a great gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. I did hear something about a family member possibly re-opening the business, but I don't have any specifics. Alain Touller was also a fine miniatures maker in France who passed away, and his line has vanished from the marketplace as well. Sad. |

A number of family members (nephews?) announced they'd keep Legio Heroica alive, and I believe they took orders for a while. But when I actually wanted to buy some earlier this fall they'd put up the "temporarily closed" announcement. |

Now the website is back up, still saying "ON-LINE SHOP IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED". |

That's some hope at least. Did you email them asking what the issue is? Maybe they don't have anyone to fulfill orders or maybe they have issues with their casting service. |

It was truly heart breaking when the previous owner Giuseppe passed away, he was always the friendliest to deal with, and was a great loss to the hobby. Hopefully a larger company will take on the ranges! |

I was surprised to note that TMP served me an ad for Legio Heroica today. They've been "temporarily" closed for over a year now, so taking out ads doesn't make obvious sense – or dare one hope they're about to finally reopen? |

I hope so. I have the most appalling list of figures I need from that company. I'm not sure what the issue is. I dont think Legio did its own casting. Lack of enthusiasm, perhaps? |
