U.S./Western microchips and lots of other critical components are being "imported" by Belorussian companies, which then ship them on to Russia. This is why Belorussia won't join the war: it would be a disaster for Russian. Belorussia would immediately face a complete land blockade and Russia would be cut off from critical components. |
