Placed an order for some 1/72 models and 20mm figs. Month later had not received or heard anything. Reached out to them. Three days later received an email with a packing list attached saying my order will be short a few items. Waited for it to arrive. The order was indeed deficient of a few items but only partially matched up with their packing list in that they had sent items they said they were not shipping and not shipped some they had. Sent an email asking to remedy the situation. Few days later received an email they had refunded my paypal for the items not shipped. Same confusion over the refund as with the packing list. Refund was twelve dollars and some cents short. Sent further emails with no response. Opened a dispute which is pending. Hadn't done my research prior to ordering. If I had I would have found numerous complaints on several different websites. Lesson learned, do your research before dealing with someone for the first time.

Second that motion! I ordered a bunch of items at first (got everything I ordered) but the next order was when everything went south. Emailing them was frustrating because they used a computer with canned answers to your questions. When I actually called them, the man I talked to blamed a new employee. When I called a second and third time, the man I talked to said they were recovering from a Hurricane strike and were reorganizing the orders. The fourth time I called, the man told me my order was on the bench and ready for shipment. The fifth, sixth, and seventh times I called, their voice mail was full. I only ordered some decals that were not with the second order and they couldn't even do that! I let it go at that point. Yes, avoid Military Model Depot!
