I did not see Uthred? Very interesting to me as I had not heard of this battle until I read Warlord. Thanks it helped me a good deal. H |

I have run Brunanburh many times… My take on it for DBA 3 is here… link This also is a great source:

Gents, Thanks for taking the time to read and offer a comment. Appreciate it. Yeah, sorry about leaving out Uthred . . . Again, I was just using the historical battle and accounts as a kind of template. I was not trying to accurately reconstruct the battle. Joe, thanks for the link and recommendation.
