Nicely painted figures. The problem of compatibility between different manufacturers exist in every scale. What is 15mm? It could be 14mm, 15mm, 16mm and even the newly-recognized 16mm. The same is true of 25mm which has now become stabilized as 28mm but is still growing into "heroic" 28mm and even 32mm. You have to check for compatibility before you buy.

Excellent work. I think that Airfix horse looks really small compared to the Waterloo horse. I think the Airfix riders looks good, would probably look even better on a Waterloo horse.
