The site itself answers, just with an error message. Does not look like hurricane damage. Could be, for example, a crypto-ransom attack. |

For quite a few weeks now for PSR my anti-virus has been returning "Visiting an untrustworthy website has been prevented One or more of this website's certificates are invalid, so we can't guarantee its authenticity." |

@Fozman What browser are you using? I am using Edge and it looks to me as if the 404 problem accessing PSR is due to auto-redirection from HTTP to HTTPS … |
