Could anyone tell me what is the Headgear that the 3 figures on the right are wearing?

Thanks!

They look like cloth Phrygian caps, which are a common motif in Anglo-Saxon artwork. Whether they actually wore said caps in real life instead of the cap being an artistic indicator of a freeman is up for debate apparently.

Given the amount of rain that falls in England (or nearby bits of the continent), the Phrygian cap would be soundly practical !!
