Lately, most big multinational naval training exercises have been in the Pacific Ocean, not the Atlantic. And British and American forces haven't really been able to show what their arsenal can do to a conventional target. That's why they clearly relished the chance to unleash their weapons on a real ship. That's a lot of weapons just to sink an OHP. Of course, it was almost certainly mission killed by the first or second hit. |

Good shoot'n Sailors !!!! You may need to practice more though. The PRC has a big Navy. Albeit untested … however their numbers may be telling. |

Impressive! I just finished a book detailing the amount of ordnance it took to sink the "Hornet" at the Battle of the Santa Cruz Islands after she was abandoned. |
