I picked up Baroque when it first came out with the idea of using it for the French Wars of Religion. I liked the rules, the translated acronyms were a bit difficult to mentally digest. If I ever manage to paint up my FWoR armies, I will give them a go.

I have been looking for a new rule set since my locals became disenchanted with FoG-R. My favorite era is 1600-1660s with a focus on TYW and ECW. Simultaneous movement is a favorite but IGO/UGO is bearable if firing is simultanous. I hate getting moved against and and fired upon whilst chewing my nails.
