It hardly matters now. I know some folks have had good experience with them, but I'm stll waiting on an order from their last Halloween sale. Closing in on a year now. |

Similar experience for me. There was a problem with my order, which is not a big deal in itself, but they ignored all messages about it, sent to every email address I could find associated with the company, over a period of months. Great products, nonexistent customer service. It's a shame, because otherwise I would have been a happy repeat customer. They cost themselves money by not caring. |

Well that sucks. I have many good orders from them, but not for a while now. |
