They contacted the Air Force for response. The Air Force as of this morning, did not respond.

Honestly, there is just too much of this going on everywhere in government, schools and even the private sector, for me not to believe it's true.

I doubt our advisories care about any of this. But I could be wrong and maybe the Russians did, and that explains the Ukraine and it isn't just gross incompetence. 😉

Regardless what FOX or anyone else says, IMO, I have a strong tendency to believe woke, CRT/1619, equity, inclusion, diversity as these are being defined, socialism, progressives, etc. are not good for the future of the US. Or now for that matter … Again IMO …

Although not dealing with diversity, it does deal with issues that probably should be dealt with.

So this is a 2018 report presented to the last admin.i think that it sounds like many others. If we were in some sort of collapse would we easily find this out on the internet along with China?

In any case, I think we all want more or less the same thing. I don't like some of the training I hear about but I also don't like it blown out of proportion with lame media stories.

The real question is, What is hoped to be achieved by this "all inclusive diversity" goal? What actual use is it?
I'm (charitably) assuming the higher-ups that greenlighted a policy like this are incompetent (at the least.) If I was Overlord, they'd get sacked… ;-)

Good points Zephyr1. If our top leaders don't; see this, or agree with it. Why is this going on with the PRC/CCP are growing more powerful, islamic radicals, etc., still are a threat ?

You raise the real issue though. Where is the data that shows that any of this helps with recruitment or cohesion, the most likely goals? And where are the performance assessments that confirm that this stuff is weakening the military?
Otherwise we are just guessing and blowing off steam.

Three questions for any leader. Is the need documented? Who will be better off? How will we know? If the top leaders can't answer, then we are wasting training time. But if diversity training improves unit cohesion and morale, and widens the recruitment pool by attracting qualified diverse candidates, then it has value.
We don't know for sure, but my sense is that pronoun trading is confusing at best. A lot of this appears to make no sense, but we don't know what we don't know. Cable news just tells us whatever they think we want to hear.

Yes and both have numbers going for them. So, if it comes down to it those numbers could be a problem. More considering the PRC, they are 20% of the planet.

With fanatical islamic terrorists, there always seems to be enough to be a concern for the West. However, we just have to keep attiting them when the situation presents itself. We have a lot drones with Hellfire missiles.

Yes China has a lot of people, and they totally cootrol them. But world population is now in decline and China's one child per family policy that went on for years means they are now facing an extended demographic shortfall of military age people, along with a larger elderly population.

I think Islamic populations are overwhelmingly not terrorists. But their terrorists are immune to reason, live in the 13th century.. Always a threat and a challenge, we can never let down our guard. Their training is highly ideological.

We need to do much better in addressing diversity in the military IMO, but some of these schemes we keep hearing about make me wonder if we are even close to getting it right.

My stand remains the same – wokeness, CRT, equity, diversity, inclusion, etc. has no place in making a military force combat ready. Again, the Military is not a summer church cap or a democracy.

Those woke, etc. concepts being taught in the military only does as it does out in the civilian world … They divide, are divisive, etc., etc., etc. That is not how you make a combat ready force.

E.g. can they fly this bird because they are capable … and no other reason.
