Since the only source of 15mm Vistua infantry is a pirate. Would it be plausable to buy Blue moon Grand Duchy of Warsaw figeres and paint then as Vistula? or are the uniforms too difforent?

I think that is highly plausible. The real question might be the level of psychopathy in your gaming colleagues.

The shapka plate is different but that's a paint job conversion. Once the DoW moved away from divisional facing colours I'd assume any Polish infantry units with yellow facings are Vistula legion.

I thought Vistula Legion wore shakoes and DOW wore Czapskas?

Never ordered from Old Glory before. So they just send you a bag of 50 figures and you cross your fingers that you get the right variants/headgear?

Also how is their scale creep and quality of casting compared to AB?

According to Nafziger the Vistula Legion wore French style shakos, and until 1812 the grenadiers wore bearskins. From 1808-1811 they wore Polish cut coats. In 1813 they were wearing the habit-veste, long gaiters instead of the previous light infantry style. The grenadiers in 1813 were wearing czapkas.

When you buy Old Glory the bag is a specific type ( unless it's stated to include elites). The figures will be in a stated pose such as March attack, advancing, etc. There will be subtle variations on that pose, for instance a soldier looking to the left, arm swinging differently, and so on. They will all be in the same headgear. They are nice figures and run large for 15mm. They aren't as high a quality as AB or Blue Moon, but they aren't bad at all.
