Just trying out some colours for my GNW Russian foot and am having trouble finding a suitable green for the coats. Can anyone who has painted these let me know what colour(s) they used?

Cheers
Pete

Worth remembering that it's all vegetable dyes, and no one had a colorfast green. I don't know how dark it would have been on issue, but it's going to fade toward yellow-green. I wouldn't lose a lot of sleep over it.

I used Vallejo Flat Green 968, washed with dark brown
