Are the Lord of the Rings Risk game elves 20mm or smaller? Thank you in advance. |

Smaller. Closer to 15mm in height, but the bases are larger than a typical 15mm mini. So the mini (foot to eyeball) is probably closer to 12 or 13mm. |
