One of the games run at last month's meeting of the Devon Wargames Group was a French Indo-China action using Chain of Command.

Steve, our game-meister for the day, gives an historical background to this action and covers off the tweaks to Chain of Command necessary to modify the rules to fit the period.

Wow, this was great! Timely too. I just bought a bunch of 10mms figs from Pendraken for this war. Just gotta figure out how to base the figs and still use CoC. I'm knew about the Nam variant. Printed it up and on my desk. But this battle report makes it very enticing to start doing. Really nice looking game!

thumbs up thumbs up

Thanks

Hi John,
Great timing and glad you enjoyed the post. Stephen brings a lot of enthusiasm to this early period of the Vietnam conflict and has put together a really nice collection of figures and terrain to play it.

Thanks for your comment

Very nice battle/history and table. Bet this would make a good scenario for "O" group.
